Show Your Home

Accept an Offer

Come Under Contract
Once both sides agree and sign a contract, the home will be held in escrow until closing. Steve manages every document and deadline with precision.
Wait for Due Diligence
The buyer will set up an inspection and appraisal, and secure their financing. If there's an issue along the way, we'll renegotiate on your behalf.
Close and Get Paid
Once the buyer is cleared to close, funds are transferred, paperwork is signed, and you get paid. Congratulations — you've sold your home.
