Figure Out Your Finances
Connect with a reputable lender and complete the process to be pre-approved. Make sure the pre-approved amount fits into your full budget — adjust as needed.
Choose a Real Estate Agent
The right agent will guide you based on your criteria, budget and preferred location. With two experienced agents on your side, you get the full picture at every step.
Find Your Perfect Home
Browse listings supplied by your agent and attend open houses or schedule private showings. We know these neighborhoods — we'll help you find the right fit.
Make an Offer
Work with your agent to prepare an offer. We'll write, submit and negotiate on your behalf — crafting every offer strategically for price, terms and timing.
Come Under Contract
Once both sides agree and sign a contract, the home will be held in escrow until closing. Steve manages every document and deadline with precision.
Do Your Due Diligence
Get an inspection, appraisal, title search, find insurance and more. If an issue comes up at inspection, we can renegotiate price and terms on your behalf.
Close and Get the Keys
Once the loan is secured and you're cleared to close, paperwork is signed and the keys are yours. Congratulations — you've bought a new home.
